UHI Clinic will reopen on June 2 for in-person appointments
We are pleased to announce that we will begin taking appointments for in-person visits starting June 2. You must set up an appointment by calling (305) 620-7797. We are not accepting walk-in patients at this time. Our telemedicine services will remain open.

What are the appointment timings?: Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
How do I make an appointment?: By calling (305) 620-7797. Our staff will provide links to our eligibility forms by email. These forms must be filled out and submitted before an appointment can be confirmed. Let us know if you do not have an email.
Who can can make the appointment?: Patients who meet the following criteria:
Residents of Florida who do not carry any sort of insurance.
Meet financial eligibility requirements.
Are you taking any new patients?: Yes! We are currently taking new patients.
Am I am able to come inside of the clinic during the time of my appointment?: Yes, but all patients will required to go through a screening process before they are able to enter. We are only allowing patients who have appointments with the clinic to enter. Accompanying adults will not be allowed to wait inside or near the clinic. Exemptions for minors and adults with disabilities must be cleared with the clinic prior to appointments.
Are telemedicine appointments available?: Yes! You are able to consult with a physician remotely using a webcam equipped device.
Our healthcare system is under tremendous stress due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and finding timely healthcare services, even for those with insurance, is becoming a challenge. Imagine what is happening to those without insurance needing primary care? In these challenging times, UHI is providing much-needed help to those without insurance, all funded by our generous donors and grantors.
